Holy sites of the land of Israel, with the Western Wall and the Temple Mount at its center.  The well of Miriam is located next to a lion with a king’s head, symbolizing the tomb of R. Isaac Luria in Safed.  Miriam’s well is a square structure representing the tents of the tribes of Israel arranged around the Tabernacle, during the desert wanderings.
